As a sideman I am constantly involved in different styles of music, such as Traditional Jazz, Blues, Rock, Pop, Fusion, Electronic Music, Roots and Modern Jazz. As I’m evolving as a musician it’s clear to me that playing different kinds of music is contributing to a more over-all understanding of music and how the drums relate to that.
I have been playing Concerts, Dance gigs, Dinner gigs, Church music, Theatre Shows and street gigs with all kinds of different constellations from Trios to Big Bands.
Every now and then I’m also working as a studio musician on local recordings of demos, records and film music.
I’m the owner of 4 different sounding drum sets and 5 Ludwig snare drums and lots of cymbals and percussion, that I use in various set-ups suitable to the music I’m going to play.

Som “sideman” er jeg konstant involveret i rytmisk musik med forskellige stilistiske udtryk, som f.eks Traditionel Jazz, Blues, Rock, Pop, Fusion, Elektronisk Musik, Roots, Country, Moderne Jazz og Nordisk Jazz.
Med årene bliver det mere og mere klart for mig hvordan alle disse forskellige musikformer relaterer sig til den rolle man har som trommeslager.
Jeg har spillet koncerter, festjobs, dinnerjobs, parader, kirkekoncerter, gudstjenester og teaterforestillinger i alle mulige forskellige konstellationer lige fra Trioer til Big Bands.
Ind imellem arbejder jeg i studiet med at indspille demoer, plader eller filmmusik.
Jeg ejer 4 forskellige trommesæt, 5 lilletrommer, noget forskelligt percussion og et hav af forskellige bækkener. Alt sammen bliver brugt i forskellige “set-ups” afhængig af hvad for et job jeg skal spille.
